1.1 Platform Access

The shwe8 platform is available only to adults (aged 21+) residing in Myanmar and in territories where the service is offered. We reserve the right to immediately remove anyone who attempts to access the platform in violation of this age restriction.

• Each individual may open only one account. If it is found that one person has opened multiple accounts, those accounts may be suspended.
• Personal information entered in the account must be accurate and kept secure.
• Using the platform as a merchant (on behalf of a third party) is not permitted.

1.2 Service Changes

shwe8 reserves the right to adjust or change services, games, promotions and payment channels with or without prior notice. Players are encouraged to check the latest service terms on the website before making large payments.

2.1 Opening an Account

Registration on the shwe8 platform must be done by the person themselves and accurate personal information must be provided. By creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

• Renting, selling or transferring your account to a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Account Verification

When processing withdrawals, we may request identity verification (e.g. a copy of your NRC). If verification is not completed, transactions may be suspended.

2.3 Account Closure

We may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

3.1 Deposits

The current payment channels on the shwe8 platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment channel registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Funds are transferred only to your own registered payment channel. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request — delays may occur depending on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) and bank operating hours.

• If you plan to withdraw from bonus funds, please check the bonus terms and conditions first.
• Even if a game result is settled unexpectedly, immediate withdrawal may not be available — funds are transferred only after a financial review is completed.
• You agree that verification checks may be carried out for the purpose of preventing money laundering.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

You will receive a 200% bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

• Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks to complete the bonus wagering requirement.
• Example 2 — If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving you a total balance of 1,020,000 Ks. You must wager 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks to complete the wagering requirement.

Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is fully met.

4.2 Referral Bonus

The referrer will receive a 5% bonus on their referred friend's first deposit (maximum 10,000 Ks per friend). In addition, they will receive 0.1% of the referred friend's valid wagers as a weekly commission.

• Bonuses will not be paid for referrals from accounts that were created and controlled by the same person.
• Regardless of the outcome of the referred friend's games, the referrer's bonus will still be credited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected (e.g. money laundering, placing unbalanced bets), the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the shwe8 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce results, meaning no party can intervene or predict outcomes in advance. The platform is protected by SSL encryption.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited on the platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated playing software
• Hacking or attempting to modify game software
• Placing unbalanced bets to obtain bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Placing opposing bets with the intent to cover your losses
• Creating multiple accounts to pre-arrange game results

5.3 Game Errors

If a game result is incorrect due to a technical glitch, we reserve the right to review and correct the result of that game. Unexpectedly large payouts resulting from a glitch will not be honored.

6.2 Cashback Payments
